Programmes can be designed for those who are pregnant and require a more trimester-specific programme, or a specific postnatal programme tailored to meet your needs after you’ve had your baby.
We also cater to those wanting an individual exercise and nutrition programme for increasing muscle tone, weight loss, improving strength and cardiovascular fitness, sport-specific or just stress relief we can help! We work together to create a plan in which you can sustain well after training finishes.
Group Training
Working out with others is a great way to exercise! Have fun and motivate each other while spreading the cost. We offer group sessions for up to 2-5 women, whether at home or gym. Fantastic with a group of friends or Antenatal group (I’ve even done couples)
Michelle is also available to provide educational workshops or sessions for community groups looking to provide mums with more information regarding Pre and Post Natal Exercise & Health.
