Hi, I’m Michelle, the mum and trainer behind Mumzy & Bubzy Fitness.

Empowering mums

I’m especially focused on educating women about exercise and food. I believe these things should always enhance our lives and never control them. Movement and nutrition are vehicles to help us embody our femininity, strength, and health.

My specialities lie in female strength training and, more specifically,  pre and postnatal exercise. I’m really lucky to be able to support women through the immense changes that happen through pregnancy and the postpartum period, as it’s a beautiful time of transition and I can relate having two children of my own. Mostly, I want my ladies to feel cared for at a time when they might not have as much energy or time to care for themselves. Also provide a social network in which women can motivate and empower each other.
