Mumzy & Bubzy Fitness has a variety of classes suitable for any new mum to join whether you’ve had a baby 6 weeks ago or 2 years ago, we have something for everyone.

These classes include everything you need to improve your fitness levels, tone up and get back into shape. Exercise confidently with your baby or toddler by your side.

Mumzy & Bubzy Fitness can help you:

For the mum that wants to step it up a notch! Whilst still taking into mind your mum body, you have the option to work at a higher level or not.

We focus on strength and cardiovascular health using a wide range of equipment and programming that’s going to get the most out of your hour.

WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING: Kettle bells, circuits with equipment, challenge sessions, bandwork to simple Pilate style sessions. No workout is ever the same!
Each session is designed to give plenty of options for all levels of fitness.

For those mums that have just in the last year had a baby we do pay extra care to your healing body and provide exercise options to suit.

Come and join us (with little one or not) Get out of the house and have an hour for yourself where you can exercise and meet new mums in a non judgmental environment.
